Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, either through our website or in person at our venue, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Ticket Purchase
- Tickets may be purchased in advance through our website or on-site at the venue, subject to availability.
- Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified.
- Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or physically) upon entry to the event.
- A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
- It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided at the time of booking is correct.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours prior to the date of the event to be eligible for a refund.
- All approved cancellations are subject to a £10 administration fee per ticket, which will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for any refund.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Event Changes or Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to the rescheduled date.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
4. Age Restrictions
- Some events may be restricted to guests aged 18 or over due to the presence of alcohol or licensing requirements.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure all ticket holders meet the minimum age requirement where applicable.
- Valid photo ID may be required as proof of age upon entry.
- Entry will be refused without refund if a guest cannot produce valid ID when required.
5. Admission Policy
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove individuals from the event in cases of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with venue policies.
- Late arrivals may not be guaranteed entry and may not be entitled to a refund.
6. Accessibility
- We are committed to providing accessible experiences wherever possible. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
- Some venues or events may have limitations based on layout or format.
7. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
- For events that include food or drink, guests must notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 72 hours prior to the event.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, but cannot guarantee that all requirements will be met or that dishes will be free from allergens.
8. Liability
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property while attending our events.
- Attendance is at your own risk. We accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
9. Weather Policy (for outdoor events)
- For outdoor events, the event will proceed in most weather conditions unless it is deemed unsafe.
- No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially cancelled by the organisers.
10. Photography and Media
- By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images or recordings may be used for marketing or promotional purposes by the organisers.
